Learning to Love Unconditionally Part 1/2

Love is something that can enrich our lives and elevate our experience in many ways. There are various types of love, and while we may wish to aim to be more loving, how do we do that in our daily lives? When we talk about love, what do we mean? We think we know what love is but it's not always the way it looks in the movies. There is so much more to love and exploring what it is and how we can lead a more fulfilled life when we learn to love unconditionally.

In today's episode, we discuss how we are still seeing a lot of love, even though the world is going through some testing times. We explore the different kinds of love and how our actions help us to realize real love. We look at how the New Testament shows us the transformative effects of love and the lessons we can take from 1 Corinthians 13. We discuss agape love, what it is, and how it may not be what our preconceptions are of relationships. We also share how having grace and mercy for ourselves helps us love others and a meditation or reflection exercise you can do each day to help you be more loving.

"Be the kind of person that you think you would want to be with, live that out yourself."
- Dr. Matt Hook
