SS072 Shepherd & The Shrink Healthy Eating, Healthy Living with Nikki Calloway

Nikki Calloway is an independent consultant and district manager with Arbonne, a high school field hockey coach, and the full-time plant manager of a chemical manufacturing facility in Dexter.

Today, she joins us to share her testimony on healthy eating and living. She talks about what your goal should and shouldn’t be, and she explains that healthy living doesn’t mean giving up everything you like. She notes that many people don’t realize how terrible they feel on a daily basis until they go through a cleanse process, and she stresses her prioritization of progress over perfection. She talks about how to identify the triggers that affect your body, and we discuss our ability to be proactive instead of reactive with our health. She discusses the 30-day rule, and we note the power of personal choice.

“You’re not just forming a habit; you’re breaking an addiction.”
